Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your opticals, you can return or exchange them easily, within 30 days of purchase (for non-prescription glasses).
All prescription products must be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in their original packaging.
All returns will be processed within 2 weeks of receiving the goods. Please note that items purchased during a sale or from our sale page are not eligible for RETURN or EXCHANGE.
Before you start your return, here's a few things you need to know.
● Returns must be sent back within 30 days of your request.
● Items must be unworn (trying them on is fine - just not prolongued use).
● Only items purchased in the last 30 days for non-prescription products and within 14 days from delivery, for prescription products - are eligible for returns / exchanges.
● Items purchased during a sitewide sale are not eligible for returns.
● All shipping charges are non-refundable.
● A return fee of $5 will be removed from your refund.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
